Artist Open Call Details:

Nazareth Center for the Artsis currently accepting submissions

​

Theme: "Winter"

​​​​​​​​

​Number of Entries: Up to 3 entries per artist.

 

Submission Deadline:

Monday, December 1st @ 10AM.

​

Notification of Acceptance: You will be notified by end of the day on December 1st of your participation.

 

Opening Reception: Friday, December 12th, 2025 from 5-7PM (prior to Nazareth Tree Lighting Ceremony in the circle)

Open to All. Become a Member today! Artwork must be delivered in-person, if accepted.

All mediums accepted. Size: Needs to fit through the door.

Only original work is eligible. All entries must be created independently by the artist.

Entry Requirements: Work must be framed in a professional manner with secure brackets and taut wire. Saw-tooth hangers will be accepted on smaller pieces. Unframed canvas must be gallery wrapped with no visible staples. Gallery tags must be filled out with all information. Download Tags or email nazarethartsgallery@gmail.com with the following information for each entry (up to 4) in the body of an email or in a spreadsheet.

  • Title

  • Size unframed dimensions - stated as w x h x d

  • Medium

  • Price

  • 1-2 sentences about your artwork.  Describe your process, message or inspiration.

Images should be 1-3MB, clear, straight, and cropped to the edge of the artwork. Photos must be labeled as follows: Artist Name_Artwork Title_Size

Fees: There is A Non-refundable fee of $10 per work, payable at delivery. ​

​

Number of Entries: Up to 3 entries per artist.

When: Deadline for submissions is December 1st, 2025.  You will be notified by the end of the day, December 1st of your participation.  Accepted artwork should be dropped off at the NCA gallery on Sunday, December 7th between 2 - 4PM or scheduled before that for another time.

Jurying:  For acceptance and awards. 

Awards will be given out at the Opening Reception at 6:30PM.

​

Reception: Date for Open House: December 12th, 2025 from 5PM - 7 PM, before the Nazareth Tree Lighting in the circle.  
​
Pick-up: Immediately following the Closing Reception or by appointment.

​

Rules of Exhibition:  Artwork must be the artist’s original design. Your entry acknowledges permission to have your work photographed or videoed for promotional use. 

​

Liability: All reasonable care will be taken of all work. NCA is covered by Erie Insurance in the event that unforeseen damage occurs. We would prefer work to be for sale. A 30% commission will be taken by the Nazareth Center for the Arts on all sales. Your entry into this exhibit constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
