Open to All. Become a Member today! Artwork must be delivered in-person, if accepted.

All mediums considered, but must be able to hang on the wall (no standing sculpture).

 

Size: Small Works Only. Each piece must be no larger than approximately 12" X 12" or standard 11" X 14" INCLUDING THE FRAME. Only original work is eligible. All entries must be created independently by the artist. 

 

Membership:

Must be an NCA member. You must be at least 18 years old to join or have parent’s permission.

Entry Requirements: Work must be framed or presented in a professional manner with secure brackets and taut wire. Saw-tooth hangers will be accepted on smaller pieces. Unframed canvas must be gallery wrapped with no visible staples and have the sides painted. Open to all mediums that can hang on the wall. Artwork must be delivered in person, if accepted, with all information. Accepted artists may be required to volunteer as a Gallery Host during our normal gallery hours.  A sign-up sheet for volunteers will be issued after closing of the Open Call.

Fees: Just the Membership fee of $25, which is payable at delivery. ​Students are free!

Number of Entries: Up to 3 entries per artist.

​

When: Deadline for submissions is November 10th, 2026.  You will be notified by the end of the day, November 11th of your participation.  Accepted artwork should be dropped off at the NCA gallery on Sunday, November 15th between 12 - 5PM or scheduled before that for another time.

Jurying:  For Acceptance and awards. 

 

Reception: Date for Opening Reception: December 11th, 2026 from 5PM - 7 PM, before the Nazareth Tree Lighting in the circle. Awards will be given out at the Opening Reception at 6:30PM.

Pick-up: Immediately following the Closing or by appointment.

Rules of Exhibition:  Artwork must be the artist’s original design. Your entry acknowledges permission to have your work photographed or videoed for promotional use. 

​

Liability: All reasonable care will be taken of all work. NCA is covered by Erie Insurance in the event that unforeseen damage occurs. We would prefer work to be for sale. A 30% commission will be taken by the Nazareth Center for the Arts on all sales. Your entry into this exhibit constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
